Appropriate level of aggression with overcards

Yes I know... "it depends". It's the first thing I'd say too. Rough estimates will do nicely. I just need to know if I'm anywhere near the right track.

Now that we've gotten that out of the way...

How often do you find yourself betting the flop when you were the last pre-flop raiser and you're opening the flop action with big overcards? Assume 4-5 players - 1 or 2 of them decent. Any straight or flush draws are of the backdoor variety.

This is an autobet for me lately, regardless of position. In fact, Poker Tracker tells me that my first action after raising the flop is to bet/raise/check-raise 75% of the time. This is probably too high, but I have a difficult time avoiding weak/tight play when I'm not initiating the action -- I either call too much, or worry about trying to save bets and get tentative.

If this has been covered elsewhere, a nudge in the right direction would be just fine.

Thanks for your time.
