Where to play on the Prima network? (And a warning.)

Where should I be playing on the Prima network? I am mainly looking for fast cashouts to Neteller, and responsive support.

I have tried Golden Riviera, AND THEY SUCKED BIG TIME! It took weeks, months even to get my money, and a lot of effort to get it to happen at all - and they still managed to send the money by means that I really din't want to get them by. And if you got a reply on your e-mail to their support, well, then it was a very special occation.

Conclusion: NEVER PLAY AT GOLDEN RIVIERA!! EVER!!

But where to play instead? Please give me any advice.

The only one that I've played is Royal Vegas Poker. It did take over a month for me to get my cashout, but they also have some nice extras like a play the pros tourney every wednesday...

I would suggest a search on this forum for The Gaming Club or TGC. They have been very active on this forum and taken many positive steps for poker players. My experience with The Gaming Club was very positive (although I missed out on the OIC).

As you have discovered, the Prima network overall has a 'casino mentality'. This casino mentality is not very conducive to good customer service. The casino mentality is basically 'gamblers are idiots'. Hope this helps!

After waiting at least ten days for response from PokerPhil at Golden Riv, customer did get money without any ID to fax, and it was back in Neteller, my suggestion is to get confirmation prior to deposit for withdrawal speed.

Sites are justifiably concerned about credit card fraud, but they do respond to affiliates who know their customers. Do not hesitate to ask for help early and often.

I thought the software at The Gaming Club sucked but they did pay out promptly to neteller.

Quit it with your "affiliates" crap, Cyndie. Please.

I also had good experiences at the gaming club until the LAG crept in and killed the network. I hear that's gone now though. Maybe I'll stop back. TGC guy, deposit bonus? Its a sure-fire way to get me back, otherwise I have to willingly deposit and I'm just a drone bonus whore.

Thanks for your comments too. The lag has gotten better from what we've gathered from the boards (plus our system analysis) and it will continue to get better as further enhancements are added, but we're not going to slow down just because it's gotten better. Foot on the gas pedal all the way.

The first step to solving a problem is admitting you have one j/k

What we can say for now is to keep your eyes open. We've got some really nice and exciting promotions coming up fairly soon.

I have checked your site and software out, and so far I have just one complaint: The colors/patterns where the player names are are quite annoying, especially for those players sitting out or who has folded. Please consider changing these!

Also, I signed up without a #¤%&¤ "affiliate" (don't like 'em), but I wouldn't mind a rake rebate - any chance of getting one directly? It would definitely be an incentive to play at your site.
