Math behind Winning Perecntages for two hands (or n hands)

I can calculate the odds of drawing a particular hand, and I like to do math.

Is there a reference to the method of calculating the winning percentages (as is done on the cardplayer.com website) between two hands, or more general theory.

I know the calculator on the website is handy, but I like math and like to know the method behind the numbers.

Best Regards

I have read where Holdem's Odds Book by Mike Petriv is the most comprehensive in the math of Holdem. Problem is in finding it and the cost is high. I saw it for posted once for about $65 plus S&H.

Unfortunately, to get the exact numbers by hand, you would
have to do some very boring combinatorial exercises. It is
not difficult if you have already performed such tasks
before, but I would not recommend anyone to complete such an
arduous exercise!
