Explain something please? (All-in question)
No-Limit Holdem, two players left on the river: Player A has 20,000, Player B has 10,000.
On the river, player A goes All-in, and Player B calls and wins. Does player A keep 10,000 since player B only had 10,000 of the 20,000 bet? |
At last, a question I can answer with confidence.
Yes.

Re: At last, a question I can answer with confidence.
Thanks.
I ask because I had a situation in an online game. I bet 10 to three other players who had less than 2 each on the table. They all called, they each went all-in, and I lost. I was 10 down for that hand. How could that be? Shouldn't I have gotten "change" back? Greg |

The hand history should tell you exactly what happened. It seems certain that you are either remembering the facts wrong or giving us incomplete information.
