How many stacks is still ok to lose???
 

I'm getting pushy. I've taken to heart the advice "Push" given so often in these posts. No regrets. My game has improved.
However, ( there's always a however), be that as it may, sometimes I LOSE MY STACK!!
What is an acceptable level of losses in this manner?
Wins should exceed losses...duh. This is not really helpful, because any one run of cards will distort any "average" that one might refer to.
What benchmark might i refer to , so see if i am now playing too loosely?

IMHO this is not a good question. My objective is to play each hand the best I can. Make good and better decisions more often. Of course you'll have a losing streak. Totally unacceptable, but get used to it. I keep reading that the standard BR is 10X buy-in. Nothing wrong with this, but I want 20X, so if I lose 10 stacks I can drop down a level and try to figure out what went wrong. I have a nice article called "The Anatomy of a Losing Streak".

I guess my answer to your question is the closer you get to losing 10X the more you should me examining your play. Not just style (Tight, Loose, Passive, Aggro, etc) but starting hand selection (by position), game selection, table selection, etc.
