I simply call the 75 PF, certainly raising his flop lead (with a smaller pot of course, the push might not be completely necessary)

With your PF line, pushing over here on this flop is mandatory (losing to a set is unfortunate [img]/images/graemlins/wink.gif[/img] )

If you're going to raise, 100 isn't enough. It gets 0 hands to fold and you're bloating the pot.
