i think villain's check-call on the flop, then check-raise on the turn tell you you're beat. with the min-raise it seems like he's got the Q, possibly with two diamonds as well. im thinking QdTd, or something along those lines. however, you are likely to take every one of his chips if you river your boat. that, in my opinion, is the only arguement for a call, but i still fold

Raise pf. Pot flop. Check/fold turn unless someone gives you odds to boat (which they didn't).
