party chat problems
 

I go to type something in chat. I hit enter. Nothing shows up.

I try 50 more times.

Finally what I want to say gets written instead of dissapearing into thin air.

Does this happen to everyone or just me?

Happens to me, irritating as hell.

Also hate pokerstars you try to type a message and it ends up on the wrong table, or theres an all in so it just disappears.

Happens to me every day. It gets annoying when you have something to say but the moment has passed by the time Party lets you write something. No clue why. Sometimes I can hit enter 10 times and then it goes through, other times it goes disappears.

yeah the stars thing is terrible. im constantly saying jumbled messes of things im trying to type at party and other tables and its showing up as nonsensical things on some stars table. really annoying

Yes, I think that's probably the reason for the disappearing text.

They can't stop the "spam . c o m" spammers, (who have come up with the brilliant idea of leaving spaces to confuse Party's teams of technical experts), but if you're giving the warning to someone that "the communists are coming", as you do, then Party's state of the art software spots the "com" and disallows the text.

laugh that's hilarious. I love the new spammers that just say something like....logon to cheatatpoker.c om with no space!!! Party seems unable to stop that. DOH!!

yeah but i can still stay stuff like "nice hand you [censored] piece of [censored] [censored] your mother [censored] in the [censored]"

it just takes like 10 minutes to type cause it keeps dissapearing.

I see that in Party all the time... but I keep getting surprised at one easy to stop those spammers in chat box. Since I assume the spammers would paste something in a table chat, then move on & open other table chat and paste, this goes on and on and on.

Why not Party simply notice a pattern of <handle name> pasting text into more than 10 tables within 1 minute & Party blocking spammer's chat ability for a hour or such with a pop-up warning, too? SOMETHING along those lines would be feasible (and I am not a programmer...)...?
