AA faces paired board

$20NL home game, .25/50 blinds

Hero has about $60 and a tight table image.
Villain has $20, and is an awful calling station, bluffs often, and loses money constantly.

Hero ($60ish)
Villain ($20ish)

Hero is dealt A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] on the button.

MP1 limps
Villain limps
Hero raises to $2.00
MP1 folds
Villain calls

Flop: ($4-5)
9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 6[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 6[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]

Hero leads for $4
Villain re-raises to $8

Hero thinks about it for a while. Villain is absolutely terrible. Has been known to minraise in many situations on just draws, absolutely nothing, etc.

Hero puts villain all-in for $8 more or so.

Thoughts?

Notes:
- I was raising $2 on almost every preflop raise. I didn't want to scare people away with a bigger raise (seriously, at this table, a $3 raise would have everyone folding).

Looks good.

I'm assuming this doesn't mean "I was raising $2 every hand I played", but rather "Whenever I raised, it was $2 regardless of my holding."

This is precisely why you generally shouldn't vary the size of your raises.

The only way I ever consider doing anything differently is if I have a solid reason to think he has a x6 or 99 which is almost never.

Nice hand.

Bootiful dawg, need some more like villain. What was the mysterious part tho?

Standard. I like seeing a paired flop when I have AA. It means I will always have top two pair and the odds that villain has trips is extremely low, especially HU. Nicely played.
