5-5 NL - Any getting away from QQ here?

5-5 Euro, NL hold em, Holland Casino in Amsterdam, buy is 250-500. It´s casino action, so standard raise is about 30-40 euro. 9 person game.

UTG is an interesting player: he´s loose and pretty aggressive preflop, and makes interesting but generally decent decisions postflop. Hes lost a couple buy ins in the game but doesnt appear fazed... this was the only NL game at the casino so while he seemed to have some idea what he was doing he also appeared to be there to gamble. He has 600 euro in front.

UTG+1 is short stacked, and has about 210 euro in front. I hadnt seen him play many hands, but from what I had seen hes not very good. He appears to be pretty weak-tight, waiting for his spots and trying to make it to showdown. He hasnt lost a showdown.

I´m UTG+2 with about 500 euro in front.

So the hand is pretty simple after all that explanation:

UTG raises to 50, UTG+1 raises to 100 euro, leaving him 110 left behind.

I look down at black queens, and feel strongly compelled to lay them down. Am I a silly goose? What do you do in this spot? How do you plan to proceed if you call? UTG+1´s lameass raise just screams AA, KK, or at worst AK to me, but am I being too weak to muck queens here? We can expect that UTG will probably flat call.

Maybe this is a stupid question but Im wondering what your thoguths are, not just preflop but also what your plans are on later streets.
