LOCATIONS TO LIVE IN LV
 

Ok i know this has been posted like 100 times but i cant find a good answer. What is the best area to rent a condo or apt in? Or what is the best thing to do without buying a house? I want to live here for 5-6 months before i throw down 30k for a down payment..make sure it is liveable here.
Ive been reading through these apartment ads and some are saying "like walking through a warzone at night" "my car gets broken into twice monthly and its a 91 eclipse" lol someone pls point me in the right direction. I know LV is not the safest place but theres gotta be somewhere decent to come walking into at 5am with 10k in ur pockets. thanks for any help
