my pocket 8s don\'t like the pressure

Villain has been pretty active, playing lots of pots. I just took a big pot from him.

Please comment on all streets. I'm just starting to learn ring games so anything would help.

Stars $25 6max
Hero ($48)
Villain ($54)

Villain opens for .75 from EP. I make it $2 in LP, all fold and villain completes. (I'm not happy with this min raise)

Flop: K7K rainbow
He checks, I bet $2.60(too weak) he calls

Turn: 2 completing the rainbow
He checks, I bet $6, he raises to $15 (do you let it go here? If, I call what's my plan on the river?)

I flat call there with the 8's most likely, but thats me. As played, lead for about 1/2-3/4 of the pot on the flop. He puts in a large raise on the turn, and your hand is nothign to write home about and I fold here.

Call preflop and play for set value. At NL25 no sense in getting fancier than that. As played, PFR more. As played, bet more on the flop representing AK. Betting the turn is OK, he should fold non-K's and non-boats in that spot. He c/r's, so you have to give him credit and fold.
