if you raise pot on the flop, this becomes a lot more straightforward. Pot would be 200, and then you can just stick in the rest.

If he is not a complete moron, he has to have 56 or 89 right?

It is kind of odd that he went for the c/r (unless it was a bluff) as it would be pretty rare for him to expect a bet from you there. Anyway...

Check river.

That $90 is brutal any way you look at it.

given that you bet I think it's a clear fold to a raise against most players, despite the good price.

the river bet of $90 accomplishes nothing in my opinion. Also, I would have raised more on the flop and bet more on the turn.
