I don't think I've seen anything posted. You are talking about a starting hand chart? I was actually thinking of posting about a hand chart to see if anyone had/ or would be willing to come up with one on 2+2.

I didn't mean a starting hand chart. That's more for 10 handed limit. I wonder if there is such a thing as a basic strategy for 6 handed NLHE.

Here's rule number one at least:

Rule number one: If you do not play more agressivly than in a full game the blinds will get you.

I actually think that one of the biggest myths even if its a little little true in it. Not be eaten by the blinds is none of the main reasons to play more aggresively...

Such a book would be very, very short. "Play more aggressively, give your opponents slightly less credit, and the flow of the table is going to be different than full ring so you should adapt."

I don't really think there's any concrete way to explain how to do the last two parts-I think at 6-handed you've either got ir or you don't and there's not much a book can help you with.

Fimbulwinter posted his extensive preflop charts for 6max some time ago. Unfortunately I dont have the link.

you can play any way you want at 6max, as long as you do it well, ie as long as you can read hands, pay attention to your opponents tilt factor/atyle, etc

full ring has more glaring logistical dificulties, bad position too often and too many hands vs you to be able to say this
