25/50 trips on dangerous board facing bet and call

Fivehanded game on Prima.

SB has 6K, BB 3K, Hero 4K. I've been raising a lot preflop, and giving up after betting the flop. Usually I'd get one or even two callers.

I open UTG+1 for 160 with A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]. SB and BB call

Flop (480) Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]

Check, check, check.

Turn (480) 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]

SB bets 400, BB calls, Hero?

-the majority of the time i would raise here
-this is a tough tough hand.

you gotta tell us something abput the SB. lots of online players will bet almost every time in SB's position, where in a live game that means something, online it means little.
BB almost certainly doesnt have str8, but QQ/TT is possible... still u have him beat most of the time.

Raises. Considers folding to all-in from SB.

raise evaluate if reraised, I think you're ahead of a far amount of hands, AJ QJ etc. etc. If 3 bet, THEN trouble, cause there was a caller inbetween you guys, BUT gotta raise imo, too draw heavy of a board.

What hand ranges do you give the other players and what subsequent predictions of future action?

Predictions of subsequent actions? Hand ranges? No clue. I haven't seen enough to be able to pinpoint this. All I know is that most often, after I raised preflop, whiffed on the flop and checked, I gave up to a bet like this. Most of these hands were vs. the small blind, when I had the button.

So I think his bet might be a steal, yes, although there haven't been many hands with both him and current BB involved. Because of that, I can't say his bet means the same it would if it were heads up.

I made it 1200 and both folded.
