Raise more preflop, $4 is my tip. Raise more on the flop. I would probably check behind on the turn (not 100% sure of that though). River check is fine without a read.

Both turn and river paly depends on the opponent. If he is loose and predictable I bet this turn every time. If he is a solid player I check behind and try to get value on the river. If I bet I bet $20ish. On the river same thing, but it'd have to be a real calling station, or you have to have a really good image to make this value bet. Against most I check behind.
