A Useful Rule...

When accessing the 2+2 Small Stakes Limit Hold'em Forum:

Make sure for every new hand you post, you have seriously contemplated, reviewed, and probably responded to at least 10 others.

Small Stakes is a great forum because it gets a lot of traffic and a lot of concepts discussed. But when there are too many new hands cluttering the first page, not enough hands generate good discussion and those that have the potential to often get forced off the front page and mired in the world of "strategy discussions that might have been..."

So be judicious about your new posts. Two new hands a day is an absolute maximum. There is much more to learn in hands that are already being discussed than you probably realize.

That is all.

P.S. Please limit responses to this post as it really is only meant as a brief comment and should not force strategy posts from the first page for any significant period of time.

If only I could take credit for it...

Everyone should read the Clarkmeister thread Jason posted. It'll probably have pretty much everything to say on this topic that might want to be said.
