Hand 2

Villian has not been around for long. Continue bets were in general not respected at this table. Note: I will bet this flop more often than not.

Villian hesitated a while before calling the turn.

Fire again or give up?

Hand 1 looks pretty tough, especially w/ no reads. Not sure how to play it..

Hand 2 I think you should just give up on the hand. I dont see villain folding any hand that called your turn bet. On another note I bet this flop 90% of the time.

Re: 2 hands from today.

I just call the raise in hand #1, and check raise all in on a non- [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] turn.

If turn is [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], I throw up, and re-evaluate depending on what he does.

Hand 2-- give up. He has QT and is never going to give you credit after the flop check. Bet the flop.

Re: 2 hands from today.

I don't play 6-max so take that FWIW.

Hand 1: CO will have ~ $100 left if you flat call the min-raise and see the turn. Button obviously is a non-issue. Given this, what are you doing if the turn is 2[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]? 8[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]? This pot is getting big and there are cards that kill action on the turn. Because he'll have a PSB left, I think I 3-bet all-in. You're equity is good against K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]. AK is also a possibility for villain.
What do min-raises usually mean in this game? 6-max?

Hand 2: I think I just check-fold the turn. Given how you got there, I would not fire another barrel. Given the texture of the board your folding equtiy appears low. A little while ago I told myself that if I fire a big barrel and it's called, I'd done w/o a read. Long term I think it's been EV+ for me and it may not be for all, but at least it makes you think about when to pull the trigger the second time.

I just call the raise in hand #1, and check raise all in on a non- turn.

I think this default line is ok but generally made hands raise, draws just call (unless he's tricky/good). I think he has a made hand here. If he is drawing he could check behind foiling our attempt at a check-raise. F it I 3-bet.

I push hand 1 most of the time and almost never fire again on hand 2.

Hand #1 I'm likely 3-bet pushing with his stack size. Hand #2 I'm firing my one barrel on the flop and hoping to take it there. As played c/f river.

Thanks

Hand 1

I 3-bet all in, which I think is the only right play, but some friends disagreed w/ me. He called w/ A K for a split.

Hand 2

I bet $30, he folded. I have been told this is spewing, but I am not sure. Him holding a K is unlikely since he'd most likely bet the flop w/ a K. I have a good chance of folding out J T, T T, any pocket pair who thought I was stealing turn.
