Disadvantage of using a pure strategy

A post by elindaur reminded me of a question I asked myself a while ago:

Let's say two equal experts A and B are playing heads-up Hold'em. Normally they would both use game theoretic optimal strategies and no one would have an edge. For this game however player A is allowed to play as he likes but player B must use a "pure strategy", meaning for any distinct situation he must always make the same play. For instance, holding AJ suited before the flop he cannot mixed it up by sometimes calling and sometimes raising (not even call with AhJh and raise with AsJs).

What do you think player A's win rate would be?

It would depend on his nationality. Is player A Swedish?

Negative. How much depends on the rules B has to follow.
