having a really hard time getting my hand histories from absolute
 

ive been trying to get my hand histories from before they started putting them on my hard drive. a couple weeks ago, i sent about 10 emails back and forth trying to get them all at once. they said it was too big to send them all, so i gave them some ideas on how i could get them. they ended up sending my one day of histories in .xls format (excel spreadsheet, which didnt help me at all). more recently, i tried emailing them and requesting one days worth of histories at a time. so far their responses are that they cant do this for some reason. they told me to use the hand history request in the menu, but its only good for the last 200 hands (yeah that really helps me absolute, the last 30,000 hands ive played are on my hard drive.)

has anyone had any luck getting a large amount of hand histories out of absolute? i really, REALLY want to get these, but they are not being very helpful. thanks for any suggestions.

They are not going to help you with this. It was up to you to deal with it then just as it is now.

I had a similar experience. Eventually, I just gave up.

They've made huge improvements in the hand history area, but I wouldn't expect any site to provide me with histories from more than a month ago.
