Mp seems very Laggish from not many hands. I planned on the flop to take it to showdown unless another boardway came. Good/bad plan?

I think bet/call is best on the river in hand 1, it's too risky you let off a bunch of pairs/2pairs that may not bet, hands you beat will raise this occassionally so no chance I fold this river. 2 back to you is a fold though. You also aren't likely inducing any bluffs on this river either with so many people left.

Re: Some pairs UTG

Hand 1 I probably bet the river, and call a raise, but maybe that's optimistic. Not too many 8s are calling 2 cold on the flop.

Hand 2 I don't see the point in betting the turn unless you are planning to fold to a raise, since you are probably behind (even if I'm wrong and you are ahead 55% of the time or whatever, he has 6 outs, while you only have 2 when behind). I'd just check call it down.

I've been thinking about hand 2 a little, once he calls the turn is there any value in either betting the river or check/folding.
