common standard lines

Hi all,

I'm looking for a collection of lines for very common situations. I feel like there are maybe a dozen or so that happen most frequently, and would like to hear how you play them.

The most important probably include:
(notes on short vs. deep stack play make a difference here)

TPTK/TPGK OOP faces reraise on flop
Flush draw with pair on board
Pocket pair hits set on monotone board (mostly deep stack)

etc

Has anyone put together a 'flowchart' of their favorite lines?

Also, I'd be interested in watching hand histories of any of the stronger players here.

Re: common standard lines

This is way too broad and too boring for me to give a long answer to. But I will say one very common situation where I have changed my standard line. If I have TPTK in position, and there are draws on the board, and the opponent c/c on the flop. I used to check the turn and call the river. Now I bet the turn and check the river.
