RAMBO
 

Well, I just got around to watching Rambo I and II. These are the best movies ever made.

Rambo is the biggest badass ever. In Rambo I, he manages to take out the army. Now, in Rambo II, he has taken out the entire Vietnamese army, as well as the Russian army. He just blew someone up with an explosive arrow, massacred an entire village, now hes flying a helicopter and blowing everyone up. The best part is, the plot intro took about 3 minutes. More time for Rambo ownage.

Is there a better movie? No.

Oh, and I'm about to watch Rambo III. I heard runs his helicopter into a tank, and hangs someone off of a cliff while blowing them up and infiltrating a base. Awesome.

When I was young I enjoyed those movies. But these days I'd rather listen to paint dry.

First Blood is pretty good, the other two are for drunk friends round and you want something to laugh at and see lots of big booms.

We used to watch the scene in First Blood Part 2 where Rambo shoots the Viet Cong dude with the explosive tip arrow in slow-mo. The dummy's body parts blow apart very convincingly.

My favorite thing about First Blood Part II is the way Rambo will use a machine gun to kill a crowd of about 90 million VC, then when he's done, he'll spot one VC running towards him, and toss a grenade at him.

Dude, grenade for the crowd. Gun for the one.

Probably because it is easy to have one stunt man go flying through the air, difficult for hundreds. I choose to go with the theory that Rambo enjoys "overkill". Like hanging the Russian dude in Part 3 with the live grenade on his belt buckle.
