NETELLER - Withdrawals for European Union residents will be in EUR

When i go to my neteller account to make an withdrawal in NEWS it says :

Withdrawals for European Union residents will be in EUR

My account is in american dolars and works great so far sending wire transfers in dolars since my bank doesnt charge me any fee and uses the fedex exchange rate ( maybe they add something but it must be under 0,5%).

Having read how absurd the neteller exchange fees can be im thinking if they will apply the same they do with the exchange in their debit card or when sending/receiving money in other currency site.

Any feedback from recent EU withdrawals by wire transfers?

I emailed them asking details and the answer is here:

Dear Mr. XXXXX,

Because your Neteller account is in US dollars we will send the funds to your bank account in US funds. If your bank account is in a different currency we will convert it to match that of your bank. We use an exchange rate as posted on www.oanda.com. We also charge a 1.9 % processing fee for the conversion costs.
