I would bet the flop. A check looks so suspicious to anyone who's paying attention (admittedly this guy might not be one of those people but I don't see what he's calling on the turn that he's folding on the flop). The only real question on the river is if he has another flush 1 in 11 times. Frankly I don't know so I'd probably call.

Please bet the flop. Once you reach the river, I think a fold is in order.

Not betting the flop here is very fishy (in all meaning).
