Recording a phone call onto your harddrive?
 

i am interviewing the executive for a company i am writing a paper about at around 4pm today. he didnt want to do any writing so it has to be done over the phone. is there any way i can use my modem to record the call? and can someone help me set that up? thanks.

Maybe you can get him to call an answering machine and pick up after it picks up.

my answering machine doesnt have enough space. i seem to recall being able to use a modem to record phone calls like 5 years ago, but it seems kind of impossible now. whats the deal?
