Play after a raise on paired board

Royal vegas 2/4 10 handed
Blinds seem to be ok. Haven't done anything stupid but haven't done anything to great either

Preflop: Hero is button with 9 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 9 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]
7 folds, Hero raises , sb folds, bb calls.

Flop: (4.5 sb) 10 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 3 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 10 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 players)
sb checks, Hero bets ...

My question is how would you play this if sb raise?

No way I'm folding. I might 3-bet and call down of capped or just call down from there. I have no intention of taking a line which includes a fold (unless scary cards hit). I would like to 3-bet and bet the turn to be able to make him fold hands containing only overcards, but depending on my read I might just call down from the c/r.

you basically play this hand by never folding.

Call the check raise, then call down the hand with a worried look on your face to induce him to continue bluffing if he is or betting his under pair.

You're way ahead or way behind.

Actually we're not wa/wb, he could easily hold two overs. But since he's pretty likely to hold a PP we don't want to fold out, I still like the wa/wb-line against most players.
