notes in limit holdem

I am low-limit PLO player but I decided to try limit holdem again. And I have a question about making notes on players.
Seems like person who makes a lot of work on making notes after each session (I'm talking about using PT of course) would have a GREAT advantage. In limit there are a lot of showdowns so there so much information available. But its a lot of time! If you are play 4 tables 5-8 hour in a day how can you analyse each showdown-hand?
So... We cant ignore advantage of analysis (and making notes) and we cant spent a lot of time to make this analysis...
Any help and comments?

I don't care about, wow, he had top pair and he bet every street. I care about what he does when he flopped a monster, paired flop and has trips, does he slowplay, etc.

Yeah, you will not make notes on playing top pair. But to find tricky moves you still have to analyse all showdown-hands. Right?
