turn 3 bet is too much. His most likely hands here are AK, AA, and KK. I think he will rarely have anything else edit: sometimes TT.

I like the turn 3-bet, and I would 3-bet the river as well. He will have a worse two pair more often than not, IMO.

If you think the turn 3 bet is correct, then this should be an easy river 3 bet as well

You're likely behind or chopping on the turn and don't pass the range of hands that you were behind on the river.
