i used to tilt. tonight i lost 3 buyins with an underset on one table right after having someone hit an 7 outer on the river to beat my boat in a 6 buyin pot on another table. and i didn't flinch. just reloaded and kept going. i think i feel better about this than i do about winning. its great.

Follow up this post with "I have just lost 200BB and no big deal. It really does not effect me. I am making all the right plays but the luckboxes are prevailing. No biggie, my time will come"


losing a couple buy ins is childs play.
