Bet365 lobby locked Up
 

I signed up with Bet365 a week ago and deposited $200. I played about 100 hands and then logged out for the night, but when I tried to log back in the next day I software keeps saying that the lobby is unavailable. I called them and they say that they are aware of the problem and are working on it. It has been a week now and I am starting to wonder how I going to get my money back if I can't log in?

Hmmm...I don't know why you're having problems. I have played a decent amount at bet365 during the relevant time period, and have not had any problems (except for the rh counter being taken away, which sucks).

Sorry - I know that doesn't help you, but my point is that the problem doesn't seem to be universal. Have you tried uninstalling the software and then re-downloading it from their site? I don't know if that works or not, but I've seen that type of advice before.

I had trouble one night where I couln't log in. The next
time I tried I had no trouble. Try the reinstall and
see what happens.

I got that same thing closed the client reopened and it worked fine. But they are giving me [censored] about the raked hands i played saying its only 217 when PT says it is 680 with 500 raked not including the 100 or so 2/4 5 stud hands i played that of course dont show.

I haven't had a problem with their version of raked hands, but then again I've only claimed three bonuses there.
