villian is Loose passive. without a read that he will fold, should i fire at this pot again?

Without a read I would check behind here. You only have a pair of queens on a A high board. If the river blanks and he checks again I would bet for value.

Since you know that he is passive, he probably won't bet at you with a lone Jack, so checking behind here will only cost you the pot when you are outdrawn. If he was the type who would bet with a jack or less when you check-through the turn I would definately fire half-pot here.
