I've been playing semi-tight/aggressive, with stats of about 20/12/2.5, and I'm sure Villain realizes this. He is at 4 of my tables and is slightly tighter than me (15/9/2). I have not seen him get out of line yet, but probably because most of the hands that he is in don't reach showdown.

Villain checks, Hero bets $7, Villain raises to $18, Hero???

Stack sizes would help. Looks like 2 pair no good against villain with those stats.

I usually check the turn for pot control reasons. Villan may have KQ,AK, or something like that. I fold, given the action.

I agree. As an added benefit, several hands you that you beat might fold the turn, but lead or call the river if you check behind.
