Ugly turn spot..(my fault)

There's a case for folding PF but UTG's min-raise means anything from AA to 56s. The reraise is a little scary but getting 4 to 1 preflop i'm not folding in position.

I can't fold this on the turn either getting 4.5 to 1 but what hand range do I put them on after they coldcall my flop raise? The site is full of horrid calling stations. Anyone totally hate this? (It's my birthday be nice)

Call. He easily has AA or A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 30%+ of the time.

What's the problem? You raised too small on the flop, sure. I really don't mind getting money in on this turn, and you're totally committed anyways.

I like it. Impossible to fold the turn with the odds your being layed and quite possibly the best hand.

PF is a little iffy, but with odds and position, you can justify a call.

Instacall?

Re: Ugly turn spot..(my fault)

I of course instacalled. The question was rather how to play this hand better as I was very unhappy calling on the turn. With deeper stacks, maybe he wouldn't push but with a larger bet? This is par for this site, though, you very rarely take a pot down on the flop. I've been trying to adjust my game accordingly. Managing pot size is one thing i'm working on (only lost 2BB on a flopped set today) and I was shocked to see I hadn't at least narrowed it to one person.

Re: Ugly turn spot..(my fault)

I think a better line would be a bigger reraise on the flop imo. Not much of a difference though given the stack sizes though. If SB was calling your $16, more than likely he was putting the rest in anyway. I like $25. Maybe it's a bit much, but that seems about right to me on such a coordinated board.

Does QQ really fold here? How much did he have left?

$17.49

I figured JJ wouldn't fold (gutshot) but now i see QQ has a gutshot as well...I doubt he'd fold a spade draw....two pair won't fold either...i'm really confused as to his holdings...maybe just a ten? AT?
