Biological Clock Odds

Let's say that there's a contest with ten people. The goal is to count to sixty seconds in your head and be as accurate as possible. For example, a stopwatch would be clicked, and you would have to count sixty seconds in your head, then say "stop" when you thought 60 seconds was up. If each time was rounded to the nearest tenth, and you had to get between fifty and seventy seconds on the stopwatch to qualify, what would be the odds of landing exactly on sixty seconds?

There is not enough information to answer this problem. If all 10 people are really old and arent consistent, there is a very low chance of them being right. Just one example. If you assume each time between 50 and 70 seconds is likely, the odds are around 1/200.
