pokerace problem
 
every other time or so i open pokerace it freezes up and i cant close it, i have to restart my computer to get it to work again, anyone else have this problem or know how to fix it?

I believe what you are experiencing is a known bug. You shouldnt have to reboot your computer though. You should be able to close PAH upon the freeze upon which you will receive an error popup message. A PAH restart should take care of it.

If this is the error you are experiencing; we are aware of it and it is our number one priority to get resolved for the next release.

If the error you are experiencing is different then what I mentioned above; please post a detailed explanation what is happening in the PokerAce Technical Support Forums and we will try to help. Also, if you could please enable logging and super logging, in your preferences, and send the log file, which is located in your PAH install directory, to Josh it would greatly help in resolving the issue.

i cant restart pokerace without restarting my computer because the "end program" thing comes up and i click it and nothing happens, i replied to a post on the pokerace forum and enables logging like josh hadtold the OP, i will sent the log to the email he said to

Yes, please send the log file to Josh. That is the best method in resolving the issue and getting a fix out ASAP.
