Yahoo - ESPN

Anyone know if ESPN and Yahoo use the same default scoring method for Fantasy Basketball? I've seen some huge discrepancies in rankings (Duncan is #4 on ESPN but #12 on Yahoo) so it made me wonder if they score differently.
