I would probably just bet the flop, but if not I raise it as you played it.
I think we have 10 outs the majority of the time, and we will often be able to pick up the pot on the flop.

well - I did write that a bit fast and I understand your reply.
We are not "often going to pick the up pot on the flop" as I wrote, but I do think we will pick it up unimproved on the flop or turn enough times for it to be a good semibluff to bet or raise the flop with the outs we have.
