A (semi) bluff turn 3-bet

Villain in this hand was playing with me on a couple of tables. He has checkraised me smallish in raised pots more than once, and in general it seems as if he has been looking for places to steal pots away. He is fairly tight though, so tough to say for sure. He mightve just happened to have hit a few flops on me.

About 10 hands ago, stacks for both hands are about 2500 when this hand came up:

I raise on the button with QTs, he calls from the BB.

Flop is Ah 9h 8x

he check-calls 115.

turn 8d

he check-folds for 350

Not sure if if that hand meant anything, except with his earlier checkraises make me think he might be calling and or raising flops light, hoping I will give it up.

Ok onto the hand.

sb's stack?

edit: BB raises to 250, not SB

for some reason the converter missed the turn action, so I had to type it in by hand. I accidentally wrote in SB instead of BB. Hero=SB and Villain=BB for the hand in question.
