Things that should never be given as halloween treats
 

I'll start:

Smarties
mallow cups
apples
pens/pencils
bit 'o honey

I've never seen any of those candies sold in any context other than halloween, I think it's because no one would buy it for themselves.

Smarties do rule. I ate about 45 rolls of those things today.

I used to hate when I got a piece of [censored] fruit. Oh Mounds and Almond Joys suck. Coconut does not belong in a candy bar.
