The strip has been on the decline for awhile, but McGruder himself said that would happen as he focused on making the show.

I don't read any magazines or watch TV so I don't have exposure to much advertisements (other than a few websites) so I had never heard of this show, was in NYC last weekend and the entire city was blanketed in ads, busses, benches, whatever.

Thanks for the links, I was confused as to why it was getting so much hype.

It's funny. I am not interested in politics in any way shape or form. I cannot bring myself to care. But I really enjoy the comic strip. Go figure.
