My buddy went as a head on a platter last year. He constructed a table with wine glasses, cobwebs, and a silver platter that went on his shoulders with a hole for his head. He also wore makeup to pale himself, and he had an apple for his mouth.

I dressed up as Shawn Kemp. 14 kids and getting charged with possession of 40 grams (#40 Sonics!) didn't stop this guy

Wasn't me but some dude was a premature ejaculation. Easiest costume ever, didn't wear a shirt and whenever he explained what he was he said he came in his pants.
