Ah, you have the nuts with a good redraw. Your opponent might have just hit his low, but he also might have a weaker high. Shove and hope a 5 doesn't hit.

I don't see how I can profit from this situation though...

No doubt he has a low and is freerolling me. I'm winning my money back...maybe. Still a shove?

EDIT: My best case scenerio is he gets counterfeited on the river correct?(assuming he doesn't have another low)

I weaker low might consider folding here to a push, so I think that factors into this being potentially more profitable in the long run (in addition to the conterfeit factor).
