AA versus sane opponent
 

Sorry, could not get converter to work.

I have never played with villain before. I am seen as somewhat LAG and he is pretty standard. I haven't seen him do anything crazy and he has shown down solid hands. He plays ABC poker.

Is this a standard fold or is this way too weak tight for 25nl?

I don't like that check on the turn. Basically tells him to bet so you can fold, which is what you did. I might have called this, but if this villain is as cut-and-dry as you say, it's a fold.

Besides, I'm putting him on a set.

Shouldn't you raise more here preflop? Maybe to $4 or $5?

Other than that, your continuation bet on the flop and your fold on the turn in response to an all-in from villain looks good to me.

Pot the flop. I think the turn check is fine, any decent bet actually pays off his implied odds for drawing to the flush with bad odds. Sure you do get bluffed here sometimes, but i would play AKs this way too. I don't call this push unless villain is a maniac.

If one of my aces was a spade I'd be inclined to just shove it in on the turn. You could easily still be ahead of his KK and you can still win even if behind. Without a spade it's a lot tougher as you could have one out against QsQx or no outs against AsKs.

Since he didn't raise the flop I'd lean a bit more toward him having KK than QQ or JJ but with no read I would hate to put too much faith in that. I don't think you are giving up much (if anything) by folding here even if it means sometimes you lay down a winner. It's just really tough without having any information on whether he'd slowplay a set on the flop.

Reraising bigger preflop could help keep you out of such spots though. 10% is a very ackward amount to get in preflop, especially out of position.
