My first try at 1/2 6max..
 

Ive been playing mainly 0.25/0.5 and 0.5/1 6max at UB recently..and i thought i would give $1/$2 a try.

Wow the difference between 0.5/1 and 1/2 is quite big isnt it? For the first time you actually get ppl with resonable stats!

So anyway i intend to continue at 1/2 (despite getting pwned) and i thought i would post a few hands, some of which i think i played well and others that i thought i [censored] up.

Villian is fishy @ 50/4/0.8 after 200 hands.

I'm just grunching here.

Preflop defense I think is ok.
I fold the flop though because of small pot and being behind to Ax or Kx or small PP. (i.e. I fold a whiffed blind defense in almost all cases. 3-bet a flop that hits. If I get a good read on my opponent, I might 3-bet bluff but very rarely.)

Turn: You pick up a flush draw but there are a ton of hands which are still ahead of you. Like I said, I don't like getting to this point but here I think raise to represent a made straight and see if he goes away or just give up. I don't really like calling to catch your flush card.

River: You've really lucked out here and the chances that villian is now playing the board as well are good enough to call.

Nothing worse than being OOP with overcards...looks fine to me.
