Annoying 33 hand

Button is a 70/5/1 player who is on a hot streak. Just a couple of hands ago he had his 8 hand winning streak snapped. His aggression factor is probably somewhat skewed due to this. He doesn't peel any flop, but don't need much of an excuse either. My notes also says "bet when checked to on flop nearly 100% of the time".

I don't have a lot on BB, but he seems semiloose and not too aggressive after a few hands.

Raise preflop? Check flop? Bet (or fold) turn? Call river?

Help!

Re: Annoying 33 hand

I would c/raise the flop (given your read).

Then bet/fold the turn. (For hand protection)

Then c/c the river. (Because it seems he likes to bet in position)

EDIT: It seems my Turn and River lines are contridictory but that's because on the turn we want him to fold 6 outs and on the river we want an extra bet.
