How often and with what kinds of hands have you noticed him miniraise preflop with?

9 Handed with VPIP 60 is pretty damn loose though, if you don't put him on an 8 or 66 I think you can probably safely push... you may not win tihs hand but vs his range of hands you have to be favored in theory.

Push or fold, make up your mind on the flop, imo.
