Does anyone know what the odds of hitting the flush if you have 4 after the flop?

Odds of hitting flush on turn with 4 on flop = 9/47 (19.1%)
Odds of hitting flush on river after not hitting it on flop = 38/47 x 9/46 (15.8%)

Total odds = 35%
