Why would an opp fold here?

Maybe this should be at 1-Table Tourneys, but
they only seem to talk about HE.

9 person PL Omaha SnG, opp, opp2, and I have
been playing three way for about 25 minutes.
Pretty solid play considering the low buy-in.

Now, opp folds on the below hand? Why? Is this
ever correct, like maybe he had 2227 or something
although I doubt his hand could of been that bad?

Okay, nevermind with the hand converter as it doesnt really point out anything. I have to point out, opp2 has only 780 chips and
is SB for 200. opp1 is BB for 400. opp2 raises to 780
and is allin and it is 380 chips to BB to call (who
has about 10k chips)

He might be a bad player, or he might have 3333. I was forced to fold 3333 in a similar situation recently.
