What to do with set of 9s on the river?
 

Opponent is a LAG, he's a bad player who could easily be drawing and hit on this river. However, given his stack, I have to make this bet because I will call his allin if I am beat, and I may at least get his two pair or whatever to call instead of check on this river. What do you guys think?
